Since 2003, our parent company, Telecom Together has provided a range of telecommunication services for firms in the professional services sector. Many of our case studies and customer comments reflect this, but in 2006, we took the decision to create 'Legal Rapport' to specialise in meeting the telecommunication needs of the legal community in particular.

Since then, we have invested a significant amount in understanding the telecommunication needs of law firms. We have held workshops and consultations with firms of all sizes, and with suppliers of practice and case management systems, IT support etc., and we have provided a variety of solutions to meet differing needs.

Whilst every firm has its own specific needs, there are a number of common challenges that we have characterised, and identified industry standard solutions for: Client responsiveness; Management information; Flexible working and Cost effectiveness.
